Terrible customer service, uncomfortable bedding, and lack of maintenance. the location of this hotel is absolutely beautiful, nestled on the edge of a lush forest.

Loved the outdoor pool, had a great time playing tennis, and enjoyed the private terrace. had fun at the children's playground, but I'm too posh for that, darling.

Oh, and how could I forget the delightful seating area in the accommodation? It was just so uncomfortable, like sitting on a bed made of rocks.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The location of this holiday village was perfect for our needs. It was situated close to a beautiful lake and nature reserve, where we spent many enjoyable hours strolling in the peaceful surroundings. It was also well placed for visiting a popular tourist attraction, which was less than half an hour's drive away. The bungalow we stayed in had a generously proportioned living area and was nicely decorated.

The service we received was not of a great standard. We frequently had to request missing items or extra bedding and towels several times before they were delivered.
